NorthEAST Tea House

Designed around an authentic matcha mill imported from Japan, the Northeast Tea House in Minneapolis, Minnesota takes design cues from traditional teahouses using natural and raw materials to create an approachable and relaxing space to enjoy freshly ground matcha tea.

Elements such as plaster-skimmed walls, rough-sawn Douglas fir timber, and exposed brick make the Northeast Tea House feel grounded and serene within the bustling chaos of its urban surroundings.
